Prepare from frozen.
1. Break the safety seal.
2. Remove plastic lid and
  put it back on the container
  without closing it completely.
3. Cook frozen soup for
  6 1/2 to 8 1/2 minutes.
4. Mix well halfway through
  cooking time.
