Oven
KEEP FROZEN !
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Remove bowl from box and remove plastic film from bowl.
- Place bowl on a baking sheet on middle oven rack.
- Cook for 40 minutes, or until a minimum internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
CAUTION: Bowl will be hot, use caution and support when removing from baking sheet.
Microwave
- Remove bowl from box and remove plastic film from bowl.
- Microwave on high for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
CAUTION: Bowl will be hot, use caution and support when removing from microwave.
